Take Home Whiteing Kit – custom whitening trays and up to 10 days of whitening gel. The process involves taking an impression of your teeth to make a custom whitening tray that fits your mouth perfectly. Once your take-home trays are ready to use, you will take them home, along with professional strength whitening gel. Simply apply the whitening gel in your custom trays for an average of 60-minutes each day for 5-7-days. Need a touch-up? Keep the rest of your gel in the fridge for a quick refresh!

ZOOM – One Hour, 8 Shades - Philips© ZOOM© Teeth Whitening System is one of the best systems available to provide a dental professional, long-lasting, bright, smile. This process involves using a UV light to activate a hydrogen peroxide whitening gel. This is a very strong gel, so a liquid barrier is placed on the gums, before the gel is mixed and applied to the teeth. With 2 - 4, 15 minute applications, you can achieve a whiter smile in just one appointment.

What To Expect

It is important to note that some patients may experience tooth sensitivity during the whitening process. This is sometimes due to the whitening agent penetrating the stain in the pores of the tooth enamel. This process can cause some patients to experience mild discomfort, however, this discomfort is temporary and will subside within 24-48-hours. It is also important to note that while every patient wants to have the brightest and whitest smile possible, not every patient will be able to achieve these results. This is due to genetics, current stains, oral health, medications, tobacco, and a number of other factors that influence the brightness of our smiles. Some patients may also have permanently stained teeth, such as yellow or brown. So, while we all want the brightest and whitest smiles, I will provide a thorough exam and prediction of results before we begin, to ensure your expectations are properly met. I will cover all these details, and more, when you come in for your next dental hygiene appointment.
